As a leadership and communication expert, bestselling author of Glow in the Dark (Hachette UK), award-winning host of The Unconventionalists® podcast and former 7-figure fundraiser, Mark is on a mission to empower impact-driven leaders who are looking to positively influence their audience learn how to use their voices to drive change and create real impact in the world.

Mark has spent the last seven years inspiring and challenging people from numerous companies ranging from Fortune 500 to nonprofits and educational institutions, to play a bigger game and share their unique stories.

Mark believes every leader has an obligation to use their position and influence to make the world better.

Thanks to his creative video CV A Dream Job Would Be Nice that went viral in 2012, Mark previously served as Country Manager of the Movember Foundation, where he helped raise €2.8million for men’s health and enrolled 110,000 fundraisers to take part, winning multiple awards along the way.

Since then, Mark has worked with pioneering organisations, forward thinking leaders and disruptive event organisers including Google, The Premier League, Intuit, YouTube, INSEAD, Method & Ecover, L’Oreal, StateStreet, The Guardian, Samsung, YouTube, General Assembly and VirginStartup.
