Let's face it, no matter how fancy your benefit package is or how important you make up the problem your business is trying to solve is, it's becoming increasingly harder to attract, retain and engage top talent in today’s noisy digital world.
And yet repeatedly we've seen organisations such as The Movember Foundation, TOMS, Patagonia, Ben & Jerry’s or People Against Dirty, punch way above their weight. Somehow, these organisations have managed to draw in the right partners, enrol the right people and attract the right opportunities to help them spread their mission like wildfire. So what's their secret? The answer is simple: they all built a purpose-driven workplace.
But how are you meant to know where to start if you have no idea what your purpose is? And is having a sense of purpose reserved to only a lucky few organisations? Or can every company benefit from creating a purpose-driven culture?
Join leadership coach, podcast host and TEDx speaker Mark Leruste, for an eye-opening session on how to better lead and inspire your people by creating a purpose-driven workplace.
This is a private event, if you would like to book Mark as a facilitator for your offsite or retreat, click here.
